RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Valencia House of Lustré, we want you to feel confident when you shop with us. Because our products include hair-care, styling, and personal-use products, we maintain a strict return policy to protect the quality and integrity of every order.

BEAUTY & HAIR-CARE PRODUCTS

For health, hygiene, and product-safety reasons, opened, used, or swatched hair-care products are not eligible for return or exchange.

All sales of opened or used products are final.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS

Unopened and unused products may be eligible for a return within 14 days of confirmed delivery.

To qualify:

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

FLAT IRONS & HOT TOOLS

Hot tools must be returned unused and in their original packaging if eligible for return.

If your flat iron or other hot tool arrives defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with the next steps.

Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, improper storage, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear is not considered a product defect.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
