✨ House of Lustrè Booking Policies ✨

Welcome to House of Lustrè, where every appointment is designed to give you a luxury experience from start to finish. Please read all policies carefully before booking. By submitting your deposit and booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all policies below.

💳 $25 Booking Deposit
• A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
• Your deposit goes toward your total service price (it’s not an extra fee).
• Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

⏰ Late Arrivals
• Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
• You have a 15-minute grace period.
• More than 15 minutes late = $15 late fee.
• If there isn’t enough time to complete your service, your appointment may be canceled.
• Your deposit may be forfeited if your appointment is canceled due to excessive lateness.

🚫 No-Call / No-Show
• A no-call/no-show will result in you being blocked from booking future appointments with House of Lustrè.
• Your deposit will be forfeited.
• If you can’t make it, please reach out as soon as possible.

📅 Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Your deposit may be transferred ONE time to a new appointment when proper notice is given.
• Last-minute cancellations may result in your deposit being forfeited.
• Repeated cancellations or reschedules may require full payment upfront for future bookings.

👥 No Extra Guests
• Please do not bring extra guests to your appointment.
• Only the client receiving the service is allowed in the appointment area (unless previously approved).
• Children and additional guests are not permitted unless they are also receiving a scheduled service.

🧴 Shampoo & Conditioning
• All hairstyles include a shampoo and conditioning service unless otherwise stated.
• Please arrive with your hair free of heavy product buildup, oils, or other substances when possible.
• Extra time/charges may apply if excessive buildup requires additional prep.

💇🏽‍♀️ Hair Requirements
• Be honest when booking about your hair’s condition, length, density, and previous treatments.
• If your hair needs extra time, products, or services beyond what was booked, pricing may be adjusted (with your approval).

🔄 Service Changes
• Please choose your service carefully when booking.
• If you change your mind during the appointment, service changes depend on time, availability, and pricing.
• Not every style can be switched to a same-day change.

💰 Remaining Balance
• Your $25 deposit is applied toward your total service price.
• The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment.
• Please be ready to pay using the accepted payment methods listed on the booking site.

📸 Photos & Content
• House of Lustrè may take photos or videos of completed styles for social media and promo content.
• If you don’t want to be photographed or filmed, just let me know before your appointment starts.

✨ Professional Service Policy
• House of Lustrè is dedicated to a clean, professional, respectful, luxury experience.
• Please treat the stylist, space, and appointment time with the same respect.
• Disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in your appointment ending without a refund of your deposit.
